About Us

Hello, I am Dr Charis, Clinical Psychologist and Animal Assisted Therapist based in North London.

Working both online and alongside Jara the Therapy Dog, I specialise in trauma informed therapy for adolescents and adults - helping you feel comfortable in therapy, right from the first time we meet. Face to face Animal Assisted Therapy sessions are held in Crouch End, North London. I also offer specialist therapy across the UK online.

My aim as a Clinical Psychologist is to help you understand the past, feel safer in the present and find ways to move forward.
